200K doesn't buy a lot of new boat today but in relative terms, not much has changed in new boat prices.
This is the interesting part of the boat to me. The keel centerboard is almost retro to older boats. The ballast is all in the stub keel, the bronze board pivots (for grounding safety) into a closing slot of some kind. The dual rudders(more to compensate the shallow body) I suppose are protected by the substantial stub keel.
It draws little more than 3' I think. J makes claims of good windward ability in shoal draft. Hmmm,...
