Or maybe what I should say is, the boat that is the most responsive sailing in lighter air, on all points.
I think I'd only buy a daysailer based on it's performance over it's looks. I'd want to sail it, especially in light air, several times before buying.
Watching them evolve, I'm most attracted to the J boat line of smaller day sailing boats. In the 30' area, I'd likely want to try out this J95. It's a centerboarder, I'd want to try that out.
I think these are nice clean functional design. Still, the sailing is why I would or would not buy it so function is what I most desire in a daysailer.
