My concern with mesh.... 
In Response To: We have a mesh cover w/ closed-cell foam ()
... Is one of comfort. What is it like to sit on these cushions on a hot day with bare legs? Function definately follows comfort in this case! I like Sunbrella but the stuff gets pretty dirty pretty easily too.... If I thought that the mesh was going to be comfortable, I might go that way.

- We did the same Max. Just the nylon covered throwable cushions.
