I went down to 1/4
In Response To: Anchor chain question... ()
I used to have 5/16 BBB, but with my new windlass I went with G4, which is stronger, and so could go to 1/4". I really loved lightening the bow a bit. Nice to have bright new un-rusty chain for a while.
