I didn't know that BBB link size came in G4/high test spec metal. I thought BBB was always G3/proof coil.

But okay, I see, if your gipsy is set up for BBB or HT, then G3/proof coil might not fit it. I was thinking that you had information that G3 proof coil is "always" not idea at all for windlasses.
