Not quite as fancy as yours - but works pretty well. My installation actually extends further aft than I remembered, and does keep the rain out reasonably well. In any case a rig like this would be pretty easy to make, assuming you have an aft facing hatch. In the tropics you could even rig a wind scoop behind the hatch and have the ultimate solution - a blast of breeze without worrying about the rain.
