ATN Dorcap report from Nap...

Atiene calls it a Dorade. It is made of fabric stabilized by hoops made of stiff ss rigging wire (1x19) and while self supporting it needs to be either lashed or preferably (as in his demo) snapped to snaps on the deck. Other than a pleasing shape and nicely sloping front, the only innovation seems to be a lip inside the front and a couple of plastic hooks that allow you to quickly lower the front opening if expected worse weather. It requires some disassembly to fold flat. $300 for a 20" width hatch.

I didn't buy one.

There was another offering of much simpler design that was like an ordinary hatch tent in function but self supporting. I didn't buy that one either.
