it would be quite popular. I've seen some interesting vents on some older boats, sort of custom dorades without cowls. I wonder what the difference is in air flow, aft vs forward facing hatches? Thanks for posting your idea Max.

- I think most boats (mine too even with ample dorade vents) are ventilation challenged in rain.
