Go as far down east as you can with a long day though the Race at dawn or all nighter to Block, thence to Onset or Sandwich, thence to the Penoboscot (32-36 hours), with an extra crew for night watch, if necessary in good weather, and then harbor hop back to LIS.

- I've found that the start SW Harbour and move east, then south make sense.
