at 88 lbs. it's at the bow ready to go.

When we purchased the boat it had two anchors at the bow. A 60 lb CQR and a smaller Danforth. (both on bow rollers)

There was just too much stuff on the bow. I sold the CQR (a crappy anchor) and purchased an 88 lb Delta. It's the only anchor at the bow. We have a second chain and rode with shackle hung on a cap at the bow with the Danforth stowed under the V-birth. If it's needed I can grab it and put it on deck, attach the shackle and drop it over.

We went with the 'one oversized anchor' at the bow and haven't used the second stowed Danforth in 5 years. It's ready if needed but considering how much we use it, under the v-birth is a better place.
