if you use two of your own pendents how do you get chafe.

We run 2 pendents through the mooring loop and bring it back to a hawsepipe on each side of the bow. If you had bow cleats I guess that would be the place. By running 2 pendents and keeping them short it should be impossible to get the lines anywhere near the anchor or rollers.
