Survey. How long does it take you to get to your boat?
I saw the quality of boat ownership is directly related to the distance traveled to get to the boat. I would not own a boat if I lived more than one hour away. Right? Wrong? whats your situation?

- two under the house, two sitting on trailers in yard, one in marina 12 miles away
- About 3 min if I walk...less if I drive.
- I'm a leisurely 5 minute walk, but I've enjoyed being 8 hours away by car too.
- You missed the part about cruising and coming home (where ever that is).
- 7 minute by car 12 by bicycle

- Zero nanoseconds. I live on my boat.

- 5-7 minutes by car. Easy.

Embarrassment. My boat is in the back yard, it sometimes takes me days to get there.....

- This summer 15 minutes to one and 25 minutes to the other
- I asked the same question about ten years ago
- 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike...
- It's only a few miles but it can take several hours.

- It was 2 hours for 6 years then we moved to a couple of miles from the boat
