Strange thing is we sail less. We minimized the upkeep because it's a trailerable boat with fewer systems. We would do almost all of the maintenance in the spring when it was at the house. April to the end of October, we'd spend most weekends on the boat. Leave Friday after work or take a 1/2 day and come back Sunday or even early Monday morning.

Now that we're close by and retired there is always another day to sail so we don't do as much of it. Right now the boat is in the side yard as we get it ready for the season. Hoping for a longer cruise this year but we'll see - still a bunch of things that could get in the way.
