I've had 3 offers. All have fallen through because of borrowing restrictions. In this economy and because of the past lending practices it's difficult to get a loan on a 25 year old boat. You would think someone looking to purchase a boat would secure a line of credit first. Then again,,, most people only muse at sailing away.
The flip side is that in 7 days I leave for Stuart Fl. to provision her and head out to the Abacos with the Admiral for a couple of months with a final destination of Annapolis.
Ain't life grand!
