I wonder... is there any way to emergency inflate a regular raft?

is there any sort of product you can buy that holds enough compressed air to quickly inflate a inflatable raft? I know a scuba tank would work, but they are awful big and bulky and I doubt there is a suitable attachment made.
Some smaller tank that would do say 80% of the inflation, have the right fittings, and even has an over pressure valve, might be a nice thing for an inflatable.
