speaking of EPIRB... how many here have one?

Yeah SG I think you have a valid point.
Right now for my little boat, I really have no form of quick escape. I am only very locally cruising... and if I had to bail out it would be with life jacket and handheld VHF and GPS.
I know on the race boat, when we do longer offshore races, we rent both EPIRB and liferaft.
