If so, where did you anchor exactly?

We motored through the narrow harbor between Allen and Benner islands(did I miss a bar? ). Some nice buildings in there as well as a stone cross commemorating the original placed by Weymouth way back when.

I believe Betsy Wyeth still owns Allen Island(she purchased it in the 70's I think). There's a good deal of recent history about her ownership in Philip Conklings book, "Islands in Time", which he recently published out of The Island Institute(he is CEO). I enjoyed the book.

I'm not sure if she(B Wyeth) does own Benner which has a small farm I think. I believe some sort of island sustainability project took place on one island or both. I've not found much info on what's going on or if there is any current public access. I'm going to check it out.
