Wednesday is PHOTO DAY!
Camped on the lower Columbia off a channel, this boat went by.
Geezer car camping site prior to arrival of the sailors.
Friend of mine in SC had a leak in his roof
Now THAT....
A rum-runner?
Commuter . . .
here's an old pic from Cuttyhunk of a nice commuter....
Those old commuter style boats are gorgeous!
I saw this one over at Buckle Island about two weeks a go
I had noticed the resemblance.
Excellent boat porn!!
That's a beauty!
Looks like a 30s vintage Monk
Heh. I was just happy to have a fine boat pic to show. Take that, Tom Young.
I'll get a grip on those red x's eventually.....
You did a good job with it too.
Speaking of the Dark Side....
I'll take one!
LOVE IT!
I love fantail motor yachts
That looks like FREEDOM ? Cheers, John
I saw that Trumpy...
Or in Sag Harbor
That is the 85' Trumpy Enticer
Mile & Miles
Where in the SoC is this?
Its......
Do you ever go into Conception?
A LOT!
Denny and I did the same thing. We collected
Ahhhhh.....
A quick dip in Dominica
Anchorages thin out on the ocean side of Penobscot Bay.
With all the rock in Maine...
I've never buoyed yet. The bottom is ions deep in mud and a washdown is a MUST for Maine mud.
Is this the Burnt Island
These are part of Georges Islands off Port Clyde Max.
How many Burnt Islands are there in Maine?
You could be right, these islands are on the fringe
Yes I've anchored in the Allen Is cut as well
By the "Cut" Richard, is that Georges Harbor?
I guess so.
I've always considered the St. George peninsula to be the dividing line
So far, I've found eight.
There are two on North Haven alone
That makes 10 (and counting..)
4th (and final) "episode" from our July Atlantic Crossing - Horta to Porto
Justin...
Fixed. Sorry about that.
Got it now, and ....
Nice--thanks for posting.

PNW
I'll be satisfied with just getting the boat to Waukegon this summer,
Why not just have the boat trucked to PT?
I can check, but it seems to me that the extra miles,
I 'gree with Marsha, ferry would be tooo much all around.
It will fit on the ferry, but I think
If the truck comes over Snoqualmie Pass...
The ferry costs about $100 for a truck big enough to haul Marsha's boat
Well, I'll ask them & see what they say.
Yeah, if they were coming up from I 84 Oregon P.T. would be ok.
Thanks--looks good.
Marsha...
Thank you so much for putting me in touch with him.
Recommend Friday Hbr
There don't seem to be summer slips available much of anywhere,
PNW Guidebooks
XX/Beirut ,Kool.
I enjoyed the XX too, good music for Vespas.
Mattituck, approaching the Federal anchorage
Squall over Provincetown
Looks like one of the town moorings.
Or Flyers' Moorings (just West of the Provincetown Marina's moorings)
How about Flyer's "launch"?
Provincetown
I missed the Portuguese bakery
Another image
Nice photos of P-town. Great stop full of interesting people(photo).
It would be fun to watch that one go through a car wash
Best Shot from Provincetown
Anchoring
Not sure if the Harbormaster would frown on that
