Provincetown
In Response To: How about Flyer's "launch"? ()

Yeah, no radar needed to see that weather coming in! That was a Provincetown Marina mooring, and the usual SW'er does make it rolly in there, long fetch. It's an odd but fun town, and summer home to the Kalmar Nykel, replica of a 1600 Dutch settler ship. Can't miss the Portuguese bakery, and a hike up the tower on a clear day. The day we went up the tower the air was clear enough to see Boston 40 nm away. We also saw whales spouting and rolling just off shore, whale watch boats all around them. It was a great visit.
