I thought it was a Bolger with a bad paint job.

() He designed a lot of easy to build boats similar to that. They're never good looking to my eye, nice paint job or not. But I can see the appeal for anyone that wants to build one. The thing I wondered is, why? With what you can buy in that size range in a decent sailboat, why take the time and spend the extra money(yeah, more $) to build one?
