But yes, I guess I should chime in. We just got our second PB to replace the first. After over 12 years of hard use, and over 5 in the sun in Mexico, it was time to renew.
As was said, after I looked over all of the aspects of how we use our dink, this was the way to go for us. This time, Jill is sewing a cover so do not expect to have to ever get a new dink.
I guess I also have to say that I like it that most people think they are not good. We have not heard of one ever being stolen!!!
By the way, when new they can be a bit of a pain to fold out, after a bit of use and in hot climates, it's not nearly as hard as most make them out to be. I open mine cross ship in the cockpit by myself. And for our small boat, the only way to go.
