For all intents and purposes, you can buy one all freshened up for well under 20k. They're quite a lot of boat for that I think and with some of the new upgrades.
It looks to me like the last generation of owners that have done upgrades, won't get paid for any of those upgrades.

But on the other hand, if you don't do the upgrades,(like the one for sale for 11k, no idea what it sold for,...?) you're boat goes to a whole different sales group, project boat buyers.

There's one in my town listed at; Current Price(means negotiations haven't even begun) of 24k that has had all the fixer up stuff done by a boat yard, all exterior prepped and painted, fresh yanmar diesel, wiring upgraded, interior refurbed(by photos), etc.
