$80,000.00 is a doable figure for many but they need cash. We're both in the poor position of having boats you can't get a loan on. That means the person who purchases her needs tp pay cash. We've had 3 offers but in the end the prospective purchaser couldn't get financing as she's 30 years old (the cut off for boat loans).

Ours has a price higher than yours. At less than 100,000 it may be easier to come uo with the money. I keep thinking there's a baby boomer out there who has sold his house to buy a boat to live on and cruise. Still keeping my fingers crossed. Not being able to finance because she's 30 is a real drag. At the moment TD is the only Sailmaster 50 on the market, has had constant upgrades, cruise proven, ready to go again and is on the market for 20 less than the last one sold for.
