Although she was priced right I see the same boats sitting on the market as there where when I sold mine. I was just glancing at Yachtworld and saw that my Albin 42 had been listed and sold again; this time with teak decks removed, engine pulled and redone, and a host of other work. She went quick but I'm not sure at what price. It was listed this time around for 49k.

The tri's I had been looking at are ALL still available; I had come with just a few % of final deals on three boats and they're still sitting there.

I had been feeling all warm and fuzzy about the deal on my tri until the builder told me of a deal he just got on a fixer upper. Boat's can really be had on the cheap if you don't mind rolling your sleeves up......and lets face it, we're sailors, we all do that unless we spring for a new boat.
