Well, there's worse things than being "stuck" with a boat.

I love this boat, so if it doesn't sell, I'm not going to be too broken up about it. I just took it to the other end of the marina to get pumped out. I can spin this thing on a dime. It's easier to handle than my 33' sailboat was. We've got lots of room and all the conveniences of home, including such things as a trash compacter and an ice maker. So if we're "stuck" with it, after Christmas next year we'll head back here to Georgia, maybe take it down to the keys or something.

But, having a boat in GA while we're up in NY is just one more thing to worry about. Hopefully it sells.
