It would require a custom housing, maybe in place of the dagger board box. You would need to cut a big hole in the bottom of the boat and bond in the housing securely enough to take the full force of the pedals. There doesn't appear to be any seal around the Mirage Drive so water may splash into the dinghy around it as well. The Walker Bay has a higher prismatic coefficient than the Hobie kayak so you would likely not achieve the same speeds although it looks like there are different fins available which may help. It would be a lot of work and may not gain you as much as you think.
