Best dinghy?
Towing a dinghy is a PITA
CD22 & Nutshell
My first choice would be the Nutshell.
It rows, it towes and it stows....
A nutshell would be a great choice
Towing any dinghy behind a 22' boat can be a problem...
Thanks everyone....
In Decemeber 2011, I returned from 2 1/2 years of cruising aboard a small 25 footer
I've had a couple episodes towing, one between Cat Island and Eleuthera.
Like Charlie and Tom...
I'll second the Walker Bay 8
Hi John...
The Walker Bays are popular and well liked.
I'll third the Walker Bay 8
Ron- I've looked at the Walker Bay, but being a boatbuilder
I can see that Charlie...
This is the same design, B and B just slightly upgraded
Some dinghys tow better than others
There's a big difference in prams too, Garry.
Any opinion on a Dyer Dhow Dinghy for Darden?
I like them, Max.
Might be building a Nutshell this spring here at home
Besides towing, stowing, consider how you'll use your tender.
And don't forget class
Another Option
Nice. How does the pedal power work, Mark?
There is a good description on the web site
Thanks, D'Arcy. I wondered about the draft. Great tool for photographers!
Could you fit one of those to a Walker Bay 8?
I'm sure you could but...
I thought about that myself Jeremy, but would hate...
