Yup, it's Crazy juggling Richard from Anegada. He's been there every year for the past 5 years we've been going. He comes off as a crazy drunk but who knows, he's probably wearing a dreads hat and owns a car dealership chain or something to that affect. We pried out of him that he spends summers in Michigan and is only on Anegada for about 4 months a year.
