My fun has been working on my endless old house. I've been finishing another bathroom around an old claw foot tub I salvaged from a project. Cast in 1897, the original porcelain is pretty decent condition. I'm most proud of what you don't see, the plumbing. I raised a platform a 7" step, just enough for the pitch I needed. A claw foot bath tub is tricky, everything shows.

Worth all the effort though. There's nothing like these old deep wide tubs, and this one is huge. The raised platform gives the bather(s) a village view.
