My Yamaha 15 2 stroke was 79 lbs. Your Suzuki shows more like 110. (of course, thats from a cursery look)

The important thong to me was if I could carry it with 1 arm up the ladder to the boat. The Tohatsu 9.8 at 47 lbs was really nice. Noisy and not very smooth but it took off like a rocket with 2 people and snorkeling gear.

We hung the dingy on davits but put the outboard on the stern rail to help minimise the hoby-horseing.
