Unfortunately, I am still in Norfolk, now up to 12 inches of snow predicted overnight.

I have been working on deck this morning getting the mainsail bent on (kind of a big job on this boat). Work 10 minutes or so then go below to do some things there and let my hands thaw out. 24 deg and 15-20 knots from the North. Still have a few more things to finish and I need at least a couple days of decent weather to do it. Thursday is predicted sunny, but they are willing to change the prediction radically only 24 hours out. Wife flies in on Saturday, hoping to leave shortly after. Still not sure if we are hopping down the coast for a bit or just heading straight for it.

I am a California boy, we drive to the mountains to see snow. In the Lake Tahoe area, a good winter storm will dump 6 feet, I have seen up to 15 over a couple of days. But they have the equipment to deal with it. Here, 4 inches and everything grinds to a stop.
