Is this a cockpit drain?
In Response To: Deck drain hose frozen ()
If yes, then you need to use a hairdryer or other gentle heat to free it. NOT a heat gun.
Once you drain the water, tent the cockpit. If you don't tent it, the melt water will accumulate and might reach a level that could enter interior spaces.
