As far as moisture issues...

Le Tonq does go down in wide variety of conditions... temp and humidity, and you don't have to thin it first. This is why I like it... it is fairly tolerant.

However, that said... near 100% humidity, right after application, will spoil it. And certain times of the year, we get heavy marine layer thickly along the coast.
