Yup, just a shear pin. Easy fix

The shear pins are quite soft. I lost quite a few during the 20+ years I ran my snow blower. The only difficulty in replacing one is that you have to dig all the ice/snow out of the auger to do it. You always end up with very cold hands by the time you are done.
