I think many cruisers (myself included) tend to focus on warm comfortable waters and the ability to jump into that water whenever the desire comes about.

Your photos of Nova Scotia were wonderful, but I have a feeling that the swim season is pretty short and probably for the most hardy.

Of course the flip side is one has to realize that cruising is not the endless vacation some folks may envision. (myself included)
