In Response To: Much better compairson.... ()
() ..helps the anchor to slow down on one plane which further allows the tip to dig in. The roll bar is s'posed to allow the anchor to roll into the "ready to set" position, on it's side, when the anchor may hit the bottom upside down. Near as I can tell.....

- I don't use a Bruce for that very reason, mudballing and/or the odd rock.
