If you really want to row, the wood(like) ones are best. Our Achiles does row decently for an inflatable. If you toss stuff in, a RIB or at least wood floor inflatable might be safer. I don't like the loss of visibility stowing any dinghy on deck so prefer to roll it up and tie down on the foredeck. And the only way to do that with ease is an air floor. Is inflation a PITA? Something always is; I'll live with this. Also recomment small HP (ours is 3 or 3.5) for ease of lifting. Unless you want to go fast and can get it on deck. (We do have a hoist; it's another PITA.)
