I suppose you could but why would you. If

you can get the exhaust of the powered pump as far as the pick up to the manual pump you should be able to get it to a suitable spot for discharge. You might need a more powerful pump but it's all about head pressure/lift capacity. You should be able to find a pump that would work. I would also loose the float switch and go with an air pressure switch. They are located out of the bilge and much less prone to failure. All they have is a 1/4 inch plastic hose that extends down into the bilge. I use a Jabsco Water Puppy with an air switch to empty the bottom of my bilge. It has about a 5 foot head pressure limit. I had to replace the impeller with a neoprene type because of the potential for oil to swell the normal one but that was simple to do.
