As previously discussed here, our icebox drain is also a current source of water in the bilge. I was talking about it with my dock neighbor who has a newer Catalina 34, he said that his icebox drain is setup from the factory plumbed into the the sump pump from the shower. I also have a huge shower sump pump that is rarely used, however I am not sure how to plumb the icebox drain into it. I can find the shower sump hose, but getting the icebox drain to it is another issue completly. Strangely enough, the shower sump pump is located in the aft-most locker of the q-berth, the shower is located forward in the head.
