this is a blanket statement about life, and has been largely lost in the modern day. Should I have to get in the dinghy, drive around the anchorage asking people to be civil? What kind of a world is that? MANY people are civil and considerate. Some aren't.

Should I expect to be able to crank up the latest urban hip-hop tunes on the cockpit speakers until I am asked to turn it down? It's just a little noise.... I would like people to take a look around and see what effect they are having on those around them. There are some that are just oblivious and they need a dope slap.
