do you have a bill of sale from the last registered owner?

nobeltec is rather aggressive about copy protection, so this might be your biggest concern with respect to activation codes. It is not enough to have the registration number. You need get the prior owner to fill out a transfer of ownership to them. Google "nobeltec transfer of ownership" for the form.
