It's true that Nobeltec will only work with data sources it sees on program start up
In Response To: Suspect it's the software or intiiation sequence ()
but there is a menu option to manually choose ports and re-sense ports.
However, Neil wrote the he has to power everything off, then power up radar, wait a minute, then power up computer. That says to me that the radar is probably not getting enough voltage to start up unless the PC is off. Just a hunch based on the clues.
If it was the program he'd just be able to restart the program, wouldn't need to power-off.

- Call Nobeltec. They need to give you an activation code for RadarPC
