If 78.7% are made up on the spot there's only a possibility of 21.3 percent being made up ahead of time. Since you can only rely on about 25% of what you read that only leaves .05% to be true.
I made that statistic up on the spot so there's only approx. 20% chance I'm correct.
I can safely say that there's an 100% chance I don't care.
