I am about to purchase a can of CRC-400 and try it. The write-up for it says;

Displaces moisture and provides protection of all equipment subject to heat, humidity, chemicals, or severely corrosiveatmospheres. Use on machined surfaces and assemblies subjected to long periods of storage or adverse shipping conditions, even salt spray. Dark amber viscous, plastic-safe. Removes easily with mineral spirits. MIL-C-16173-Grade 4, Level IV aerosol flammability.
