That is The bolt through the chain plate, a thin layer of Dolphinite, through the hull (solid FRP, NO coring) then another layer of Dolphinite, the backing plate, then the nylock nut. Torque once, wait 24 to 48 hours and re-torque.

Just the way I am doing it. I am sure there are other methods, but hay, they lasted 35 years with no maintenance, so I am guessing they will last me.
