..don't beat on the prop or shaft - no way, no how. The hammer blows will transfer up the shaftline to the thrust bearing (probably a ball bearing in the transmission) and brinnel the races. Your next post will be about replacing the thrust bearing in the transmission.

- Once you get the puller in place and

- Try them all, one of these ideas will work.
