If you haven't figured your problem out yet, I would consider finding the nearest prop shop. Most of them will rent or loan a real prop puller so you can get this off. A big puller will exert a good deal of force. A little heat and a good whack in between cranking will always work. These pullers are bigger and heavier than a gear puller.
