this forum has about the best people on it, Tom.
Not flattery, just how I see the world. Here, I see real answers from people who are real sailors, NOT some guy who has read about a subject, studied it in books some place, and has never been away from the dock for more than a local sail around his area.
I normally log into two other forums on a regular basis. They seem to also be a bit slower. I used to log into a fourth, until they told me I could not use my web site in the signature line as I had videos for sale deep in the pages. I asked if I could post in the "Vender" area and was told that videos did not qualify as a marine product. I just quit posting as I don't need to go back and forth with a few of the moderators. Also, it seemed to be filling up with people who think that 55 foot is the "minimum" boat for "real" cruising and definitely PLAN on cruising, .... some day.
