The idea that mother nature will set the wind and water between Rockport(I assume you mean the lesser Rockport...), and Portsmouth, for a 20 nm screaming beam reach,...both ways,....is a little optimistic.
If I were you Tom, I'd get a bunch of one way tickets on Amtraks DownEaster line for your lunch sails, just in case.
