() And also, now that you mention it, the ability to sail in shoal water. You'll lose some pointing, but no where near as much as say a round bottom centerboarder with no stub keel. The Fontaine 36 being built down the hill comes to mind. I was coveting it's 2'8" draft. I feel better now.
